    Job Overview:

    As an SAP ISU (Integrated Utility) Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions for utility companies. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, customer service, and regulatory compliance within the utilities sector.

    Responsibilities:

    Solution Implementation:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP ISU modules, including meter reading, billing, asset management, and customer service.
    • Configure system settings, master data, and business processes to align with industry standards and client requirements.

    Business Process Analysis:

    • Analyze utility business processes, identify pain points, and propose SAP ISU solutions to address operational challenges.
    • Conduct workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure successful system integration.

    Customization and Enhancement:

    • Customize SAP ISU functionalities based on specific business needs.
    • Develop enhancements, reports, and interfaces to optimize utility operations.

    Data Migration and Integration:

    • Lead data migration efforts, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to SAP ISU.
    • Integrate SAP ISU with other SAP modules (such as CRM) and third-party applications.

    Testing and Training:

    • Create test scenarios, perform system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
    • Train end-users on SAP ISU processes and functionalities.

    Support and Maintenance:

    • Provide ongoing support to resolve issues, troubleshoot system errors, and enhance system performance.
    • Monitor system health, apply patches, and manage upgrades.

    Regulatory Compliance:

    • Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure SAP ISU configurations comply with legal requirements.
    • Assist in audits and regulatory reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Certification: SAP Certified Application Associate - Utilities with SAP ERP 6.0 or equivalent.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP ISU.
    • Familiarity with utility business processes (metering, billing, etc.).
    • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Utilities is a plus.

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in ABAP programming (for customization and enhancements).
