    Job Description Salary:
    J. Goldman & Associates LLC "JGA" is currently seeking an experienced MAWM Configuration expert to work with high-growth progressive companies.


    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MAWM Configuration Expert to join our team at JGA.

    As an MAWM Configuration Expert, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing the Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (MAWM) to meet the specific needs of our clients.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, design, and implement system configurations and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

    Our product specialties include MAWM, WMOS, WMi/PKMS, LMS, TMS, and DOM.

    We work with a trusted network of independent contractors with a collective of hundreds of years of experience and hundreds of implementations focused on a wide array of Manhattan products.

    We continue to work in a variety of industries, from life-sciences to apparel, with a multitude of flows

    (Retail, Omni-channel, and eCommerce) and complexities

    (basic to highly automated with MHE

    integration).

    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for MAWM configuration.

    Design and implement system configurations in MAWM to meet client requirements, including defining warehouse structures, workflows, rules, and system settings.

    Develop and maintain configuration documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    Perform system testing to validate the effectiveness of configuration changes and ensure proper system functionality.
    Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for configuration-related issues, working closely with the technical support team.
    Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budget.

    Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in warehouse management systems to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.


    Qualifications :
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuring and customizing the Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (MAWM).
    Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and labor management.
    Proficient in MAWM configuration tools and methodologies.
    Experience with SQL and database management.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Relevant certifications in MAWM configuration or warehouse management systems are preferred.
