    Job DescriptionFor this Electro-Mechanical Technician you MUST HAVE:


    • Experience mounting parts to a frame or cabinet panel, drill holes and tap
    holes in metal,


    • Route cables and wires in cave trays and zip tie them cleanly.
    • Use of socket wrenches, Allen Keys, and screwdrivers
    • Can read schematic of mechanical nature.
    • Can follow instructions and act independently without risk taking.
    • Have strong communication. Must be able to ask questions if questions arise.
    You will be responsible for the following:


    • Performs a wide variety of mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
    • Performs specific back-end semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Performs basic mechanical assemblies & sub-assemblies.
    • Operates hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
    • Reads and interprets work instructions to ensure accuracy of work performed.
    • Interacts with management and team members to encourage effective communication on floor.
    • Ensures quality standards are met throughout all steps of the assembly process.
    • Performs other duties as required.
    • Attendance is an essential job function

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Ability to conduct assembly, general inspection and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems.
    • Ability to read assembly prints and electrical schematics, and blue prints.
    • Basic GD&T knowledge a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail, quality focused and a quick learner.
    • Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate to both internal and external contacts.

    Educational/Certification Requirement:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
    Previous technician coursework and/or AA technical degree or equivalent experience helpful
