    Responsibilities:

    • Leading the risk and reliability function for critical machines at the plant.
    • Promoting and developing mature reliability management approaches.
    • Maintaining effective utilization of machine condition monitoring and performance monitoring.
    • Ensuring high standards in overhauls and preventative maintenance.
    • Demonstrating commitment to safety through behavioralbased safety practices.
    • Ensuring compliance with HSE performance standards and regulations.
    • Supporting Business Excellence (BEx) initiatives and participation.
    • Providing daily support to operations and working on small projects.
    • Collaborating closely with Maintenance Planners to align maintenance work orders.
    • Influencing operation of critical machines within defined integrity operating windows.
    • Driving the implementation of reliabilitycentered maintenance (RCM) processes.
    • Applying a structured approach to reliability management.
    • Identifying, assessing, documenting, and mitigating major rotating equipment risks.
    • Influencing a significant reduction in rotating equipment failures.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • 4+ years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering in heavy industry environments.
    • Knowledge of rotating plant equipment, materials, failure mechanisms, fabrication, and repair processes.
    • Technical competence in managing rotating equipment, including rotor dynamics, performance monitoring, compressible flow principles, lubrication management, condition monitoring, and overhaul practices.
    • Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
    • Understanding of Manufacturing Excellence models and turnaround management systems.
    • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.
