    Job Title: Java Full Stack Engineer (RM - Java Full Stack Engineer)

    Location: Chicago, IL Onsite 100% - Local candidates only)

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Chicago, IL. This is an urgent, onsite role requiring candidates to be local to the area. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in full stack development with significant expertise in Java, AWS, and Kafka/Microservices. This position offers a competitive bill rate and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects.

    Must-Have Skills
    • Java Full Stack Development: 8+ years of experience in Java-based application development
    • AWS: Proficient in deploying and managing applications on AWS
    • Kafka/Microservices: Extensive experience with Kafka and microservices architecture
    Nice-to-Have Skills
    • Data Engineering
    • Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI)
    • Angular/React JS
    Additional Skills
    1. Application Design (Expert)
    2. Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) (Advanced)
    3. Release Management ( Intermediate)
    4. Software Quality Assurance (SQA) (Intermediate)
    Primary Responsibilities
    • Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle
    • Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on high-volume and low-latency performance
    • Analyze user requirements to define business objectives and design system features and functionality
    • Define application objectives and ensure designs align with business goals
    • Develop, test, and maintain software applications
    • Identify and resolve technical issues
    • Create detailed design documentation
    • Propose and implement changes to the existing Java infrastructure
    Qualifications
    • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of Java, AWS, Kafka, and microservices
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Effective communication and documentation skills
