Job summary
We are seeking a Medical Social Worker to join our team at UP Health System Hospice.As the Medical Social Worker, provides medical social services under the direction of a physician and Interdisciplinary Group to assist in the understanding of significant social and emotional factors related to the patient's health status and in development of coping mechanisms.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients and their families, as well as providing support during times of crisis.
