    Territory Manager in Southern California

    We are seeking a Territory Manager to cover the Southern California region.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
    • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, builders, retailers, and distributors.
    • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.

    Requirements

    • Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Flooring experience preferred.
    • Skills: Strong sales skills, deep understanding of the flooring industry, critical thinking, relationship building, time management, problem solving, captivating communication, passion for positive results.
    • Travel: Must travel within the territory, with the ability to lift 25lbs of samples or flooring material regularly.

    Salary Information

    $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on the title, job description, and location.
