- Salary: $83,000-103,000 plus annual target bonus
- Direct Quality Assurance (QA) employees in a Manufacturing facility
- Maintain corporate and franchise partner standards as well as Environmental Health & Safety standards
- Establish operational procedures in collaboration with Quality Assurance Manager
- Ensure that all QA equipment is in excellent operating order
- Ensure that all work assessments and activities are in accordance with policies of the company and presiding collective bargaining agreements
- Focus on removing costs, continuous improvement, removing inefficiencies, and complexity for the Manufacturing facility
- Ensure that all company, franchise owners, and federal and provincial policies, standards and guidelines are maintained
- Other projects or duties as assigned
- Associates degree in an engineering or science discipline with 4 plus years of related experience and 0-1 plus years of people leadership experience or HS Diploma/GED with 6 plus years of related experience and 1 to 2 plus years of people leadership experience
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Strong decision making skills
- Experience working in an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of water treatment systems
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
- Bachelors degree
- Labor relations experience
- People leadership experience in a Manufacturing environment

The Quality Assurance Supervisor provides directions to all Quality Assurance employees in the Manufacturing facility.
