Description of Position
We are looking for a clinician to provide therapeutic interventions to youth young adults and their families in home community settings you can be a part of our innovative program designed support young people with serious mental health challenges while remaining at home. As PACT-Y team member yo'll use person-centered approach enhance family functioning promote stabilization encourage growth resilience youth make transition into adulthood.- Work multi-disciplinary team support youth recovery goals.
- Work partnership youth family members comprehensive assessments treatment plans collaborative safety plans.
- Evidenced-based clinical interventions family therapy crisis intervention parent education stabilize youth family home community.
