Description

Dietary Services
Work Hours:
Part Time, various Daylight hours, rotating weekends and holidays as needed.
Serves prepared food items, cooks to order, makes deli sandwiches to order, and batch cooks food items as needed. Responsible for correct portion control, and detailed knowledge of daily menu and food items. Maintains sanitation of cafeteria inclusive of dining room and dish room. Implements excellent customer service skills at all times.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience in a high volume business or food service institution with customer service exposure. Basic math skills are required. Successful completion of Acts 73 and/or 169 clearances within 90 days of commencing employment, if applicable.
Preferred:
Graduate of an accredited food service management or restaurant management course or related training or experience.
