- Maintain up-to-date procedures and reports in accordance with company standards.
- Evaluate test results for accuracy and acceptability, ensuring data traceability.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments, troubleshoot instrument issues.
- Host client visits/audits and assist in client consultation.
- Review data quality to identify areas for improvement in methods or procedures.
- Uphold service standards and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Coordinate with Lab Analysts to manage workflow and meet project deadlines.
- Follow regulatory requirements (GMP, GLP, ISO) and company policies.
- Complete required training on time and adhere to ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 guidelines.
- Attend work regularly and engage in continuous learning and training.
- Perform training for new and existing employees.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a science-related field) or equivalent experience. OR
- Associate degree or two years of NL laboratory experience with demonstrated proficiency. OR
- High school diploma or GED and five years of NL laboratory experience. Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Capable of bending, stooping, crawling, and lifting up to 45lbs.
- Must wear personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols in a laboratory environment. Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional laboratory setting, using standard office and lab equipment. Exposure to biological and chemical hazards may occur, requiring adherence to biosafety and chemical hygiene policies.
