Develop civil & infrastructure construction methodology and prepare civil construction plan Identify support requirements to include in the civil plan which consists of developing the HSSE plans, QA/QC plan, risk evaluation and resource requirements Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and validate cost estimations Oversee all onsite civil constructions to monitor compliance with design, contract requirements, rules and regulations, quality and HSE requirements Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors Meet contractual conditions of performance Review the work progress on daily basis Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging issues Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques Ensure contractual HSE requirements are met or exceeded, act as a leader in safety Coordinate with PMC representative to ensure completion of works on timeEducation and necessary CertificationsBS/BE in Civil Engineering ExperienceThe candidate must possess at least 12 to 15 years, with at least 3 years as Head of Civil Construction in critical Iron & Steel Making Projects.

Should have effectively managed Civil Construction in large sized critical Minerals & Metals projects located at remote locationsAdvanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods.

Expert knowledge of civil construction, relevant rules, regulations and quality standardsUnderstanding of all facets of the construction processFamiliarity with construction management software packagesStrictly confidential and privilegedSkills In depth EPC knowledge w.r.t.
