    Job Description

    A highly skilled Business Analyst 2 is sought to join our team in Chesterfield, VA.

    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, business information systems, business administration or a related field and three years of experience supporting information systems.

    Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and eProcurement systems is highly desirable, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical skills.

    Duties:

    • Manage the Procurement Department's various information systems
    • Apply technology systems and tools to improve business processes
    • Serve as technical support for ERP and eProcurement systems
    • Collaborate with technical and functional staff to support enterprise-wide systems
    • Analyze, automate and improve department processes
    • Perform testing for system fixes/builds/upgrades
    • Document system issues and work with vendors for resolution
    • Support SharePoint and web content
    • Provide help desk support and develop training materials
    • Use business intelligence and reporting tools to analyze data

    Requirements:

    • Enterprise Resource Planning and/or eProcurement systems support
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Experience with report and querying writing tools
    • Microsoft applications (Office 365 and SharePoint)
    • Project Management and/or system implementation experience
    • Excellent communication skills
