    What Does a Business Data Analyst Do At Fiserv

    The Boarding Support Data Analyst - Sr Professional II Provides support for the Boarding Support Applications.

    As the Product owner of the SR tool and Product Catalog, the Boarding Support Analyst provides mentoring, training, project planning and execution support to the associate in technology and other teams who enhance and maintain the applications.

    This position has oversight to work with users for generating new features for the applications based on the business need.

    You will partner with internal teams (Product, Billing, Account Executives, Project Managers, and several other teams) to establish and maintain pricing, configure applications, and address system issues.

    Additionally, the role maintains a project queue, developing the operational readiness process for new products which are used as part of the Service Request, Catalog, DocuSign, and ServicePoint applications to automate handoffs.

    What You Will Do

    Product Owner for SR Tool and Product Catalog

    Collaborate with business, implementation, and internal stakeholders to prioritize and define functionality enhancements.
    Oversee and perform user testing, roll-out, and operationalization of automation features.
    Champion the Agile product development process.
    Independently manage and prioritize work across multiple workstreams with meticulous attention to detail.
    Maintain the product line hierarchy for data and selection integrity.
    Update catalog data to support the business.
    Work with the Product Line Owners (PLO) for ServicePoint integration and job codes.
    Provide backup support for Product with pricing reviews.
    Act as a Subject Matter Expert when required for the Service Request application.
    Acquire a solid understanding of the Product and Billing pricing practices.
    Monitor the Product Line Owners (PLO) updates to ensure consistency.
    Support multiple product software releases throughout the year.
    After hours support which includes weekends as well as off business hours.
    Champion integration and automation opportunities to streamline client boarding.

    Work with Product, Legal, Account Management, Billing and other teams to develop strategies using our internal tools to support Fiserv's business needs.

    Drive meetings with cross-functional teams to successfully integrate new products as well as enhancements for existing products into the SR and product catalog applications.

    Provide training, support, and direction of the application for its users.

    Ability to provide afterhours support as needed to support quarterly releases.
    Proficient computer skills including MS-Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word, SharePoint and reporting tools)

    What Would Be Great To Have

    Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required.
    Two years work experience in project management.
    Strong project management knowledge including the ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects, issues, and tasks.
    Previous financial services industry, implementations, or installations experience highly desired.
    Proficiency in strategizing and transforming product features into automated solutions.
    Ability to create and drive automation strategy while ensuring alignment with the overall debit product roadmap.

    This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
