    The Quick Response LPN delivers symptom relief and psychosocial assistance with compassion, courage, and expertise. Our after-hours response team is a well-coordinated group of caregivers dedicated to being the anchor of calm amidst the storm. When patients and families reach out for care, we are there to swiftly travel throughout our assigned area, offering the vital support and comfort they need during these vulnerable moments.

    As hospice nurses, we have the privilege of delivering compassion in its truest form. For us, it is about having the bravery to truly listen and honor the unique journey of each person we care for. We see the potential for improvement in the hospice industry and we are committed to making it better every day. We are dedicated to creating the best possible end-of-life experience for our patients and their families.     LPN Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of prior skilled nursing experience is required
    • An active unencumbered state LPN license
    • Current driver's license, auto liability coverage and reliable personal transportation
    • CPR certification, a copy of TB results, and a copy of an updated physical
    • Hospice or Home Health experience preferred

    LPN Benefits & Schedule:

    • Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
