- Oversee and manage Columbia, SC branch personnel.
- Oversee the day to day workflow of the branch to ensure productivity, safety, efficiency and integrity.
- Supervise team of field personnel including Field Supervisors and Field Technicians.
- Responsible for assuring all administrative responsibilities are in compliance with Company policy.
- Work closely with Division Manager to ensure overall branch sales success and profitability. Must actively participate in sales process.
- Participate in the recruitment, interviewing and hiring of new staff for branch
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handle disciplinary and termination meetings of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to pay strict attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient in interpreting building codes and blueprints for residential roofing and/or siding installations.
- Associates degree and equivalent industry experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- 7+ years of management experience in the construction industry.
- Sales experience.
- Home-building knowledge, specifically roofing and siding.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to traverse construction job sites at times, this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling or stretching.
