    Your way to impact:
    As Design Program Management Director within the Experience Design team, you will lead the Design Program Management team. You will guide your team and work with other senior leaders and cross-functional team members to deliver the best possible experiences for our customers. Your day-to-day: In your day-to-day, you will:
    • GuideUX efforts across the PayPal product portfolio, including strategy, planning,working with cross-functional partners to deliver the best possible experiences for our customers
    • Own program strategy for end-to-end delivery using product development process lifecycles and workflows
    • Drive continuous improvement to design operations and processes (intake, capacity planning, tooling, workflow mapping)
    • Collaborate with other cross-functional Design team leaders (Research, Content Design, Design Operations, Branding) and Business and Engineering stakeholders.
    • Work with Program Management leaders in PayPal community to establish best practices in process, tooling, and approach
    What do you need to bring:
    • 12+ years of experience as a producer, project manager, or program manager with proven ability in managing projects within a design team or design operations
    • 5+ years leading design program management teams.
    • Thorough command of the UX lifecycle, knowledgeable in all skill areas and tools, including facilitation of workshops or other collaboration techniques
    • Background in software, product, or design development and ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks quickly conceptually
    • Experience with project management software tools and templates; Familiarity with standard designandprototyping tools, such as Figma, Framer, and Miro
