    Description

    Brooksource is looking for a Network Engineer, specializing in SD-WAN, to be a part of our Fortune 500 healthcare insurance client's team.

    We are looking for a candidate with strong SD-WAN knowledge who can drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of the SD-WAN infrastructure for this team.

    You will work closely with our networking team and other IT professionals to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our SD-WAN environment.


    This is a long-term contract role with possibility of full-time hire & is a primarily remote position with some occasional onsite work supporting their site in Cincinnati.

    *Minimum Qualifications: * 5+ years of network engineering experience.

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    • Cisco SD-WAN
    • C8200 router
    • DNAC
    • Viptela (Devices, vManage)
    • Meraki (Device, Dashboard)
    *Nice to have knowledge areas:
    • AnyConnect
    • Aruba
    • Silver peak
    • Orchestrator
    • Cisco Catalyst (C9300, C9500, C3850)
    • Palo Alto firewalls
    • Tools: ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Zscaler
    *Responsibilities:
    • Design, implement, and maintain SD-WAN infrastructure
    • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues
    • Collaborate with networking team and IT professionals to ensure the security and efficiency of our SD-WAN environment
    • Provide technical support and guidance to team members
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to SD-WAN
