Health Concierge - Atlanta

We are hiring call center Health Concierges to provide quality telephone customer service for appointment booking and registration to patients and their families.
You'll drive the patients' experience from the first point of contact to setting up portal accounts and ensuring that patients have everything in place for a successful first visit.
Primarily working in a remote call center environment, answering inbound calls from digital marketing campaigns, local events and more with the purpose of booking healthcare appointments.

- Proactively resolve inquiries while building trust with our patients by understanding their needs to ensure that they find the best care .
- Schedule appointments via phone.
