    Office Assistant

    A local real estate company is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as an Office Assistant to provide clerical, administrative, and project-based support to the director and department.

    The ideal candidate will have 2 years of administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

    Location


    Kahala, Honolulu, Oahu

    Pay


    $45,000 to $48,000 a year

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the Director?s calendar/schedule.
    • Schedule and assist with events, meetings, and activities via calendar, zoom, or in-person.
    • Assist with travel arrangements.
    • Assist with PowerPoint presentations.
    • Prepare and maintain agendas, bills, and resolutions.
    • Maintain files and official records.
    • Cross-train to support other functional areas during times of particular need.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of experience providing administrative support for a department/division manager.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
    • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and remain organized.
    • Ability work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently as well as with others.
