- Manage the Director?s calendar/schedule.
- Schedule and assist with events, meetings, and activities via calendar, zoom, or in-person.
- Assist with travel arrangements.
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations.
- Prepare and maintain agendas, bills, and resolutions.
- Maintain files and official records.
- Cross-train to support other functional areas during times of particular need.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing administrative support for a department/division manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized.
- Ability work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as with others.
