- Address member inquiries and resolve issues.
- Promote positive NBCU member relations.
- Open and close accounts.
- Introduce electronic account information delivery systems to new members.
- Assist members with loan applications.
- Cross-sell credit union services to meet member needs.
- Monitor individual sales goals and coach staff for success.
- Maintain security procedures and building maintenance.
- Provide feedback on staff performance.
- Coordinate staff scheduling.
- Offer notary services to members.
- Handle cash drawer during busy times.
- Execute necessary inquiries and verifications.
- Ensure branch supplies are stocked.
- Attend meetings and seminars related to retail services.
- Operate daily retail operations according to credit union policies.
- Follow compliance standards for financial regulations.
- High school Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years cash-handling experience
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred
- 1-2 years of lending experience preferred
- Prior teller experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Organizational skills and commitment to personal growth.
