Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for parents and guardians with questions regarding bills Verify insurance coverage and benefit details clearly relaying this information to families Explain insurance plans EOBs and coverage limitations in a clear family-friendly manner Establish and reinforce financial expectations at intake throughout ongoing services Identify insurance processing errors to ensure families are billed accurately in accordance with their plan benefits Collaborate with billing and insurance teams to resolve billing discrepancies De-escalate upset or frustrated callers with empathy confidence professionalism Accurately document all communications maintain organized account records
