    Bell is shaping the future of aviation through specialized engineering and innovation. Our team is developing cutting-edge technologies for the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort, including the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) and the Bell 525 Relentless.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Incorporate changes to Engineering using Bell systems, Policies and Procedures, and coordinate with our Change Group and Manufacturing Customers.
    • Analyze tooling requirements using Bell CAD systems and participate in design and evaluation processes.
    • Provide timely support to the factory floor for released production orders.
    • Reconcile Engineering Bill of Material with the Manufacturing Bill of Material for BOM consumption and reconciliation of errors.
    • Work with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering to ensure efficient and repeatable build sequences for Major Assemblies.

    Qualifications

    • Familiarity with Bell IT Systems and Corrective Action Board (CAB) processes.
    • Skilled user or aptitude to learn Bell ERP software – CAMS, Enovia, 3DX, Catia, and SAP.
    • Effective interrogation of Blue Prints and Digital Product Definition (CAD, GD&T, etc.).
    • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, tooling methodologies, and aircraft assembly.

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing/Assembly areas.
    • High school diploma/GED required, undergraduate degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or relevant discipline highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
    • Experience leading small projects through all phases.
