Job summary

We are seeking a Property Management Office Floater to support and assist assigned communities in the region both from a leasing and operational standpoint.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing responsibilities including phone calls emails walk-ins and appointments receiving inbound inquiries listening with intent to gather information from prospective residents ensuring complete accurate prospect information is collected entered and updated in the sales management system conducting individualized experiences for each tour based on the prospective resident's needs interests performing daily meaningful prospect follow-up coordinating depositor related creative follow-up maintaining community culture focused on enhancing our residents' way of life providing excellent customer service supporting onsite events building strategic partnerships with businesses service providers executing marketing activities and events evaluating competitors completing documents required for resident property files observing grounds buildings model apartment homes reporting irregularities or maintenance needs assisting Community Director preparing weekly reports move-out paperwork month-end reports completing daily transactions financial tasks reviewing resident files accounting records determining unpaid late fees owed maintaining accurate records ensuring complete applications handling transactions keeping records organized accurate assisting credit background checks moving orientations complying company policies procedures Fair Housing Laws.

Qualifications

A professional relationship-focused team player who can effectively work with site team carry out daily leasing operations build rapport with residents self-motivated highly organized multitasking strong interpersonal relationship building skills computer skills MS Office property management software CRM solutions prior multifamily experience English proficiency ability travel regularly assigned communities willingness work evenings weekends as necessary High School diploma equivalency certificate valid driver's license insured operable vehicle.
