    Job Summary:


    As a Recruiter at Chloeta you will serve on the Recruiting Team within the Human Resources Department and report to the Recruiting Manager.

    The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.


    Supervisory Responsibilities:


    This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

    Bi-weekly, Exempt
    Base salary plus commission


    Duties/Responsibilities:
    Create Position Descriptions and posting job requisitions daily and weekly as priorities from Operations and Business Development (BD) departments evolve
    Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
    Assists with job posting and advertising processes on various job boards and social media
    Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
    Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
    Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
    Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
    Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
    Documents all candidate interactions in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    Ensure job applicants are reviewed, contacted, disqualified or replied to on a daily and weekly basis
    Coordinate with Project Managers (PM) regarding hiring needs
    May participate occasionally in community outreach events such as college career fairs
    Maintain relationships with community partners to ensure properly staffed projects
    Ability to meet established goals on a monthly basis through the support of a full-team effort

    Education and Experience:


    Preferred:

    Bachelor's Degree


    Required:

    Two (2) years of staffing, recruiting, HR or related experience or five years training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position if bachelors degree is obtained

    Required:

    Four (4) plus years of staffing, recruiting, HR or related experience if associates or high school diploma or ged is obtained

    Preferred:

    SHRM certification or ability to work toward

    Physical Requirements:
    May require occasional travel to physical locations
    This job operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc

    Pre-employment Requirements:

    Drug and Alcohol Testing:
