    Description

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking a part-time licensed physical therapist to work in community-based geriatric healthcare at an Adult Day Health Care Center.
    • The position is located in the Burbank / Sun Valley area and requires 3-5 days of work per week, for 4-6 hours per day.
    • The ideal candidate will have flexibility in their schedule to accommodate current commitments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical condition.
    • Analyze patient evaluations and test results to inform treatment decisions.
    • Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing various techniques.
    • Create customized fitness-oriented healthcare programs for patients.
    • Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
    • Provide patients with tailored exercise guidance.

    Requirements:

    • Meet state regulatory requirements.
    • Possess a valid license to practice physical therapy.
    • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Exhibit compassion, attention to detail, and up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices.
    • Show ability to problem-solve independently and apply analytical thinking.

    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
