    Position Summary

    This role is for a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, who will be at the forefront of patient communications. They will listen and develop relationships with patients to provide quality care.

    The ideal candidate will love talking to patients and advocating for their wellbeing. They will be empowered to share their clinical knowledge and work to the top of their license.

    The pharmacy environment is fast-paced and equipped with resources and technology to succeed. The biggest tool will be the pharmacist's heart for human connection and wellness.

    • An advocate of patient-centered care who adapts to a diverse patient base and medical concerns.

    • Able to accurately and consistently process prescriptions, administer immunizations, and counsel patients.

    • Passionate about community involvement and outreach events, including Wellness Days.

    The Staff Pharmacist will make an impact by:

    • Understanding the business, from inventory control to cost savings and compliance.

    • Modeling and providing guidance on customer service approaches and techniques.

    • Using tools, data, and conversations to understand the community and common health concerns.
