    Position Summary:

    Technology Lead at Falck is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a global healthcare leader.

    In this role, you will lead the digital infrastructure transformation across the region, foster a culture of innovation, and leverage advanced technologies to revolutionize healthcare services.


    As the Technology Lead of US DT infrastructure, you will have oversight of regional IT aspects,including services and support, and work closely with the application and maintenance teams.

    Leading a skilled team of around 8 professionals, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and operate next-generation technology solutions that align with business objectives and give Falck a competitive edge in the healthcare industry.

    The Technology Lead, Infrastructure Products at Falck is a strategic leadership role within the Infrastructure Products division.

    This role oversees global product teams responsible for managing On-premises datacenters, Cloud services, Network infrastructure, Infrastructure Security measures, and Identity and Access Management systems.

    These core services are essential for Falck's business operations.

    The Technology Products (TP) area consists of five global product teams covering On-premises datacenters, Cloud, Network, Infrastructure Security, and Identity and Access Management.

    These teams operate in Europe, US, and Latin America.

    As the Technology Lead, you will manage managers and have a few direct reports, while team leads will have direct HR and managerial responsibilities for the team members.


    Collaborating closely with Digital Technology and Business teams, you will lead and participate in the transformation of the business, expediting the digital journey for customers and consumers to ensure a seamless and innovative experience.

    The product teams are responsible for ensuring available, secure, and compliant environments, as well as delivering new digital capabilities. Additionally, the TP area plays a crucial technical role in mergers and acquisitions, as well as divestments.

    Responsibilities:


    • Provide leadership to team leads and product teams, ensuring the delivery of KPIs and initiatives.
    • Develop annual roadmaps and area plans aligned with strategic business goals.
    • Engage major internal stakeholders and prioritize projects and team resources.
    • Manage infrastructure operations and support in US for approximately 3,500 employees.
    • Lead a team of professionals, delivering IT support and ensuring the successful execution of strategic projects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy technology solutions that align with business objectives and drive innovation.
    • Pursue continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on emerging technologies.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to IT infrastructure and data security.
    • Cultivate strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage service quality.
    • Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts.
    • Implement digital transformation projects to enhance security, network availability, and scalability.
    • Align US IT risk levels with other business areas and maintain a uniform IT model.
    • Manage IT financials, including budget allocation, cost optimization, and forecasting.

    Qualifications:


    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business administration and IT or equivalent education.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise companies, preferably in IT or digital organizations.
    • Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
    • Strong decision-making skills and ability to make informed decisions independently.
    • Emotionally intelligent and extroverted, able to speak up when agenda points and decisions are unclear.
    • Solid financial understanding of IT spends and ability to forecast IT costs.
    • In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft platforms, including Office 365, Azure, and Security tools.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms and transformation of applications and services to the cloud.
