About the Company and Job:
Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, Michigan is home to a 22-bed level 3 NICU supported by a team of 2 full-time clinical neonatologists and 4.5 neonatal nurse practitioners. As the sole NICU in the northern lower peninsula, we serve a referral area stretching 150 miles.
Position Summary:
As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), you will work closely with neonatologists to oversee the care of high-risk newborns. Collaborate in managing both well and critically ill infants with a focus on family-centered care. Daily tasks include caring for newborns, coordinating transports, and leading the neonatal transport team.
