    Job Title: Restaurant Shift Lead

    Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example as a Restaurant Shift Lead at Jimmy John's. Deliver FREAKY FAST sandwiches while spreading love to customers.


    Job Description

    We are seeking a charismatic leader to join our team. As a Restaurant Shift Lead, you will be responsible for:

    • Setting an excellent example for new team members
    • Delivering world-class customer service
    • Maintaining store cleanliness and food safety
    • Safely operating equipment and maintaining store security
    • Training team members and running shifts

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Hold prior management experience (preferred)
    • Exhibit strong coaching skills to develop team members
    • Have experience resolving customer and employee issues
    • Be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
    • Be computer proficient

    Working Conditions

    You will work in a moderately loud and fast-paced environment. Must avoid distractions and follow safety best practices when using equipment.


    Physical Requirements

    This role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds. May require climbing a ladder if necessary.


    Availability

    Hours per week: 10-19 or 20-29.*Hours may vary based on availability.

    Typical Shifts:

    • 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM
    • 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
