This regional driving opportunity is built for drivers who want steady freight, predictable income, and simple operations. Whether you just earned your CDL-A or already have experience, this lane provides structure without chaos.

Earnings overview

  • Pay is mileage-based at $0.43–$0.58 CPM depending on experience
  • Most drivers earn between $1,200 and $1,500+ per week
  • Drivers who run higher mileage regularly reach up to $1,800 per week
  • Monthly performance incentives available up to $0.08 CPM
  • Paid orientation includes $300 plus travel and hotel

Driving schedule

  • Regional operation with consistent dispatch
  • Average weekly miles range from 2,100 to 2,300
  • Home time every other week with a 34–48 hour reset
  • Truck goes home with the driver
  • No slip seating

Freight and operation

  • All freight is no-touch
  • Drop and hook is common across lanes
  • Simple, repeatable routes designed to keep trucks moving

New CDL-A drivers

  • Structured 4–6 week paid mentor program
  • Training runs include regional and Western OTR lanes
  • Solo pay after training averages $1,200–$1,500 weekly
  • Rider and pet policy becomes available after solo release

Equipment and support

  • Late-model equipment with modern safety systems
  • Around-the-clock driver assistance
  • Weekly direct deposit

Minimum qualifications

  • Must pass urine and hair drug screening
