    Our client wants to add a Maintenance Supervisor to their team in Fort Myers. The client develops, constructs and manages commercial buildings and affordable and market-rate apartments throughout the United States. This position offers a competitive salary with a benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and paid holidays.

    EXPECTATIONS

    • Ability to work Monday to Friday.
    • On-call responsibility is required.
    • Weekend availability is required.
    • May have to work some holidays.
    • Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and car insurance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • To minimize the property's expenses through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.
    • To train, direct, supervise and motivate the personnel which reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
    • To provide safe, comfortable and well-maintained housing to the residents and to the community.
    • To present yourself and the Corporation in a professional manner and attitude toward coworkers, the residents and to the general public.
    • Previous apartment maintenance and supervisory experience are required.
    • The Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year experience in the Apartment industry as well as a minimum of two years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
    • HVAC certification is preferred.
