    11:00 pm - 07:15 am Sunday-Thursday

    Weekend 1st shift: 6:00am-6:00pm Saturday-Monday

    Material Handler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Receives raw material, unloads trailers and records transactions using a data collection device.
    • Stages customer orders using a data collection device utilizing FIFO principles.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance, including truck sealing and temperature recording.
    • Moves finished products to warehouse and verify the proper amount of finished goods were scanned.
    • Records all information on raw material as it is brought into the Feed Room and verifies that it is cleared for use on foreign materials check list.
    • Operates pallet stacker for vertical stacking of product in coolers.
    • Inspects all incoming and outbound loads to ensure product quality standards are met.
    • Picks and loads customer orders onto trailers.
    • Operates stretch wrapper.
    • Transports chemical barrels and containers.
    • Receives records and distributes inbound package shipments.
    • Uses cleaning materials for sanitation processes.
    • Completes all paperwork associated with essential job functions.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or general education (GED) and 36 months of prior relevant manufacturing experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs50% of the shift.
    • Standing 100% of the shift.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced and repetitive environment.
    • Ability to work independently and with others.
    • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
    • Ability to work in hot or cold environments.
