Job summary
The role creates and implements change management strategies and plans for large scale cross company business transformation projects including the integration of new acquisitions. Manage the change management tasks for multiple projects with varying complexities simultaneously.Responsibilities
- Understand the impact of changes on different stakeholder groups across multiple business units and in many cases across all of Company to develop appropriate communications plans deliver effective and efficient communications and create engagement activities internally externally
- Exercise judgment and experience to tailor the change management approach to meet the needs of a variety of project types apply context-specific methods tools tactics
- Coach functional business leaders business unit leaders executive leadership team members on change leadership lead peer change managers across Company drive continuous improvement in change management manage a dynamically changing portfolio of change management projects provide direction lead other team members as they work on change management tasks serve as a chanege manager expert in cross-functional company-wide strategic chage initiatives develop deliver project initiative-related communications stakeholder engagement activites potentially email communications awareness sessions events newsletters videos site banners posters content intranet sites extranet sites internet sites collaborate global regional teams coordinate content reviews timing delivery internal external communications
