REQUIRED:

bachelor's degree that included coursework in biology, biochemistry, and/or chemistry; experience with molecular cloning, protein purification, or mammalian tissue culture.

RESEARCH TECHNICIAN, Biology-Case Lab, to join a growing research team studying cell signaling.
The lab uses quantitative experimental approaches from biochemistry, molecular biophysics, and cell biology to study transmembrane signaling pathways and how they are misregulated in diseases like cancer.
The work will involve molecular cloning, protein expression, protein purification, and mammalian tissue culture. Will also assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including inventory management, general lab management, and reagent maintenance.
