    LHH is partnering with a local Pittsburgh firm in search of an Estates and Trusts Legal Assistant

    Job Requirements

    • Experience working in fast-paced office environment; law office experience preferred
    • Familiarity with estate documents and tax returns preferred
    • Ability to quickly learn and use varying software programs
    • Drafting correspondence and legal documents
    • Highly detailed, organized
    • Assisting on preparing federal estate tax returns and gift returns
    • Organizing and maintaining client files
    • Highly proactive with attention to detail, dependable, and extremely organized
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent proofreading skills and clear and concise communication skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience supporting attorneys within corporate and estates and trusts within a law firm
    • Lackner 6-in-1 software experienced preferred
    • Excellent communication skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Trustworthy and ethical
    • Client service oriented
