Job Description:
Note, Hybrid Role - must be able to work onsite once a week.
Independently complete administrative tasks and projects in support of procurement and logistical transactions for the goods, materials and services required by company
Manage the day-to-day administration of contracts, purchase orders and associated invoices between Suppliers, Contractors, Consultants and the company
Interact daily with company team Developers, Engineers, Regulatory, and Management members
Contract Development and Administration
Create Purchase Requisitions and contracts
Support Procurement efforts in all administrative requirements (document preparation, mailing, filing, research, invoice reconciliation, notices, system requirements)
Prepare quotation analysis
Receive and distribute Proposals and bids
Maintain Sourcing files and data regarding material and service suppliers
Update computer databases/system with contract documents
Pre-qualify suppliers
Monitor PO Acknowledgements
Promote cost savings with customers
Assist in relationship management
Read spreadsheets, Insurance Certificates
Understand and prepare budgets, budget reports and supporting documentation
Conduct market research and analysis
Supplier Management/ Vendor Relations
Process data and deliverables from new and alternative supplier/contractor sources.
Maintain a supplier performance evaluation system
Monitor and expedite PO/Contract deliverables
Monitor status via contact with customers and suppliers/contractors
Ensure audit compliance of purchasing process
Assist and facilitate internal and external audit requests
