    Description

    Compensation:
    $ $30 per hour


    Are you skilled in welding, fabrication, or general shop labor? Selectemp is expanding its team and seeking talented individuals to join our diverse workforce.

    We have multiple positions available, each offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our manufacturing and fabrication clients.

    Welder:
    Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, flux core).
    Interpret and work from blueprints and welding specifications.
    Perform welding repairs and fabrication as needed.

    Fabricator:
    Skilled in metal fabrication using various tools and machinery.
    Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
    Assemble and weld components to create finished products.

    Shop Laborer:
    Assist in general shop activities, including material handling.
    Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    Support fabrication and welding teams as needed


    Requirements:
    At least 1 year relevant experience in welding, fabrication or shop labor
    Alternatively, recent graduates of the welding fabricating program from Linn Benton or Chemeketa are encouraged to contact us.
    Proficiency in using tools and equipment specific to the role.
    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
    Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    Relevant certifications and licenses (if applicable).


    Job Details:

    Schedule:
    Day and Swing shifts available.
    Most positions offer 40+ hours on a regular weekly basis.

    Wage:
    $18.50+ DOE.


    Duration:
    Temp to Hire.
