    Do you want to be a Procedural Sedation Nurse?

    We are looking for an experienced nurse to join our Cath Lab team

    Responsibilities

    • Assists the cardiologist, interventional radiologist or midlevel provider by managing intraprocedural assessment, monitoring, and administration of conscious sedation.
    • Responsible for other case related medications as need, under the direction of the physician or midlevel provider.
    • Oversee nursing care of the patient and attend to quality patient care in the pre-procedural, post-procedural and intra-procedural settings.
    • Monitor the patient for improvement or decompensation and complications before, during, and after cardiology and radiology procedures.
    • Function cohesively and communicate effectively within the cardiology/radiology team.

    The starting rate is for someone with 1-2 years of qualified experience and will go up with additional qualified experience.
