    As part of our expansion and technological evolution, we are seeking a talented and skilled Senior Network Administrator to lead the transformation of our network infrastructure in all aspects, and in particular from a Ubiquity to a Cisco environment, ensuring the daily stability, security, and scalability of our network infrastructure.

    Job Description

    As a Senior Network Administrator at Audio Enhancement, you will play a pivotal role in stabilization and optimization of our network infrastructure, upgrading existing systems, and fortifying our network security measures.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess current network architecture, recommend improvements, and implement approved solutions to support our growing business needs.


    Duties Include:
    Conduct thorough assessments of existing network infrastructure and systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, access points, protocols, and related technologies.
    Identify any areas of improvement and optimization in performance, reliability, or security vulnerabilities.
    Make strategic recommendations for upgrading hardware, software, and network protocols to enhance performance, scalability, and security.
    Collaborate with all associated stakeholders and company leadership.
    Implement approved measures to stabilize the network, minimize downtime, and enhance performance.
    Lead all transition projects, including those from Ubiquity to Cisco network equipment, ensuring a smooth migration process.
    Develop comprehensive migration plans and timelines to minimize disruptions to business operations.
    Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
    Design and implement robust network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats.
    In collaboration with company leadership, develop and enforce network security policies, procedures, and standards.
    Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
    Monitor network traffic, security events, and alerts to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
    Stay current on the latest security threats, trends, and mitigation strategies.
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    5+ years of experience in network Administration and security roles, preferably in a growing business environment.
    Strong proficiency with network protocols, technologies, and equipment (TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, Ubiquity, and Cisco).
    Hands-on experience with network security technologies and tools (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, SIEM).
    Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent is highly desirable.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
    Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    Proven track record of implementing network solutions and security controls that align with business objectives.

    Ability to work both as a part of a strong IT team, as well as in a trusted independent role under the supervision of the Director of Technical Services.
