Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal with expertise in negotiation and settlement of cases to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of personal injury law and have a proven track record of successfully negotiating favorable settlements for clients.

Qualified paralegals are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation consummate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury files, focusing on negotiation and settlement strategies.
• Conduct thorough investigations into the facts and circumstances of each case, gathering evidence and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other parties to negotiate settlement agreements.
• Draft demand letters, complaints, settlement packages, and other legal documents necessary for negotiations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal team members to develop effective case strategies and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all settlement negotiations and agreements.

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in personal injury law.
• Proven expertise in negotiation and settlement of personal injury cases, with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, liability issues, and damages calculations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients' interests.
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and case management software.
