- Facilitate air permitting and compliance duties between field EHS reps, consultants and operations
- Communicate with local, state, and federal agencies regarding air and environmental questions and inquiries
- Track permitting actions and ensure agency deadlines are met
- Review and process air permit applications
- Evaluate regulatory requirements
- NSPS OOOOa compliance duties
- LDAR compliance and tracking
- Engine testing and compliance duties
- Manage PER and emission inventory program
- Oversee greenhouse gas reporting program
- Preparation and submission of required annual reporting
- Operational field data management
- Periodic field EHS audits, inspections, engine testing, LDAR inspections, etc
- Conduct training for field staff
- Assists with other programs as needed, including but not limited to water, waste and SPCC's
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work in a high-stress environment with strict deadlines
- Strong organizational skills to systematically track, report, and file EH&S data
- Attention to detail to ensure all tasks and deadlines are met
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or Associates Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in air permitting or compliance preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
