    Primary Objective:
    The Assembly Technician (Shop Operations) candidate is passionate about the Spectrio products and mission while supporting our warehouse team by fulfilling orders across all platforms, building various system components and performing additional warehouse related tasks as deemed necessary

    Responsibilities:
    Prepare and provision all types of media players for customer orders.

    Fulfill Sales orders in NetSuite Refurbish old players, replace hard drivesTroubleshoot media playersAssembly:

    Collect all material and equipment, take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit, select or modify components according to measurements and specificationsQuality check players and contentMaintain equipment in good conditionLight warehouse duties including: stock shelves, maintain shelves and player organizationRegularly perform repetitive tasks.

    Frequently lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, reach, grasp, grip, walk, and standPerform assembly tasks in a timely mannerWork safely and follow all safety work rules according to the company handbook, safety policies and procedures, training, etc.

    Occasionally kneel, crawl, climb, and sit.

    Prepare shipments by wrapping, shrinking, and loading pallets onto trucksPerform other duties as assigned Requirements Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

    Able to follow instructions and procedures, both verbal and writtenFast learner of new processes, and software toolsTechnical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc.

    Ability in using tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g.

    presses)Good understanding of quality control principlesWillingness to participate in forklift training (provided on-site)Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical conditionAbility to work long hours on foot, including standing and walkingRegularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accuratelyPunctual, accountable, and team focusedMust have the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and self-direct, with accuracyApplicants residing in the Tampa area are eligible for consideration for this role, which is based in our Tampa office.
