Human Resource Coordinator

Human Resource Coordinator Pay : $25/hour 4 month position

Human Resource Coordinator Shift: 8:30am-5pm M-F, some flexibility (New Hope, MN)

Human Resource Coordinator Job Overview: This position is a 4 month assignment. You will have 3 main duties: Recruiting for light industrial, weekly payroll (somewhat manual) and systems administration including training, onboarding, benefits

Human Resource Coordinator Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office and with HRIS systems a plus

Human Resource Coordinator

Human Resource Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Recruiting for light industrial employees
• Weekly payroll (somewhat manual), Compile paychecks for distribution and update paycheck distribution form
• Systems administration including training, onboarding, benefits
• Perform core front desk functions including: answering phones, directing calls, assisting visitors, assisting applicants, distributing mail, and ordering office supplies
• Provide support to leadership by scheduling meeting rooms, setting up meeting resources, ordering meals, and arranging additional sundries
• Provide support on daily and weekly attendance tasks, including: cataloging of absenteeism slips, maintaining points trackers, issuing warning notices to managers, and responding to attendance inquiries
