    The Red Gate Group is seeking a Secret cleared Still and Motion Imagery Content Creator/Editor to join us in Tampa, FL, supporting the Central Command Public Affairs Directorate (CCPA) where you will play a key role in capturing and shaping the narrative of CENTCOM's critical operations.

    As a Still and Motion Imagery Content Creator/Editor, you'll be the visual storyteller responsible for capturing video coverage of command-related events and creating compelling video stories for publication on CENTCOM's website and social media platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality video footage of command-related events, ensuring comprehensive coverage of key moments and participants.
  • Produce a minimum of three impactful video stories per month, each with a duration of at least 2 minutes, covering various command-related topics and events.
  • Adhere to a publishing schedule, ensuring consistent availability of video content on CENTCOM's digital platforms.
  • Provide video documentation of the CENTCOM Commander's official trips, capturing key engagements and interactions.
  • Conduct a minimum of five interviews per month, ensuring representation of interviewees in the final video content.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media and Website Content Manager and Regional Media Specialists to align coverage strategies during exercises and travel with general officers.
  • Consult with stakeholders throughout the production and post-production process, ensuring the client's needs and specifications are met.
  • Utilize video editing software to manipulate and edit content seamlessly, incorporating music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.

    Qualifications:
    Qualifications

    Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience in shooting and editing video footage.
  • Proficiency in conducting and editing video interviews.

    Desired Skills/Qualifications:
  • Previous public affairs experience.
  • A passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for capturing engaging and informative narratives.
  • Familiarity with journalistic ethics and storytelling best practices.
  • Ability to operate camera equipment, audio recording devices, and video editing software.
  • Availability for on-call responses outside of core hours to address emergent command needs.
