Geriatric Medicine Physician

A reputable health system with locations throughout Wisconsin and Illinois is seeking a qualified physician with fellowship training in geriatrics or an internist with proven geriatrics experience to join its team. Option to practice 100% outpatient or long-term geriatric care
Academic opportunities available—ability to be part of core faculty within health system's geriatric fellowship program

Competitive compensation, $25,000 sign-on bonus, and $10,000 relocation assistance

Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Michigan and must be board-eligible or certified in geriatric medicine or board-certified in internal medicine with experience in geriatrics
