Job summaryThis position performs direct supervisory duties of union maintenance custodial and part-time maintenance staff responsible for administration of all capital projects for all facilities maintenance energy practices building systems organization-wide including security fire suppression systems schedules hires trains schedules staff supervises contractors writes project specifications inspects all facilities for maintenance needs energy efficiencies safety compliance responds to emergency situations acts primary person in charge assists program room set up tear down when necessary has thorough understanding federal state preservation regulations ordinances knowledge new technologies applications building efficiencies current trends energy efficiency successful completion public safety background check.
