- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of people
- Ability to navigate computer systems and software effectively
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or inperson
- Process transactions and program registrations in a professional manner
- Resolve member concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate member records and update member information as needed
- Promote YMCA activities and programs to guests and members
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Attend professional development and training sessions as required. CPR/AED certifications are required within the first 90 days of employment and updated every two years.
