- 3+ years relevant work experience and good academic qualifications in relevant fields.
- Excellent computing skills in visualization and data transformation.

Our client, a Global Investment Fund (with an Int'l HQ), is looking for a Portfolio Monitoring professional that will work closely with investment teams to ideate, design, and deliver insightful portfolio and asset level analysis for their real estate portfolio.
The fund is in high growth mode, and a long time client of Coda Search.
