    Our client, one of the most well-known General Contractors in the multifamily sector is actively looking for a Lead Superintendent to join their team.

    Generating $500M in annual revenue, our long-time client is known as one of New England's go-to GCs for the design-build of ground-up commercial construction projects, mainly in the multifamily, health-care, and higher-education sectors throughout the state of MA.

    Oversees daily operations at a construction site
    Leads daily morning meetings with the entire crew
    Hires, trains, and manages construction workers
    Uses popular construction management software
    Orders necessary equipment, tools, and materials
    Helps to set and stick to the budget and schedule
    Makes sure all local, state, and national business codes and regulations are followed
    Ensures that the team adheres to all company policies and safety protocols
    5+ years of experience as the Lead Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects - multifamily, health-care, and/or higher-education sectors - oversight of various scopes of work ranging from foundation, structure and facade through MEP to interior rough and finish

    ~ Ability to effectively communicate and motivate all project personnel
